Precision NVH Steel and Aluminum Tube Cutting

We use CNC cold saws and end finishing machines to cut, brush, deburr, as well as chamfer your tubes. Our automatic cold saws can process tubes made from any type of alloy, including carbon steel and stainless steel. Tight tolerances of +/- 0.2 mm are achieved in our cutting.

End finishing services such as ID, OD, and end chamfering are offered for tubes with diameters ranging from 10 mm to 65 mm. Chamfering is done on both sides of the tube simultaneously for quick turnaround. Tubes with end-finishing tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm and neat finishes eliminate the need for additional grinding.
