Iris Rubber is a complete mold shop offering design, engineering, and prototyping services under one roof. We can build prototypes from your rough sketches or ideas within short lead times. In-house mold making capabilities ensure accurate die-cast quality finishes for products. This reduces the need for further machining operations.

We also work with pre-existing mold designs to develop new products. The 500-ton presses at our machine shop are capable of handling material up to 48" x 60" in size. Parts are finally trimmed and finished through cryogenic deflashing processes. Our processes deflash parts quicker than chemical stripping, rotary tumbling, or hand sanding operations. Emergency production, on-site design assistance, and product referral services are provided as well.
